What is included in a VPS plan?

Each card lists CPU, RAM, storage and network port capacity. One IPv4 address is included. Additional resources and services are ordered separately.

How do billing periods and discounts work?

Choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. VPS discounts are 3% for 3 months, 5% for 6 months and 10% for 12 months. The cards show both the monthly equivalent and the full payment for the selected period.

Can I add resources later?

Additional CPU, RAM, NVMe storage and IPv4 addresses are offered. Contact the team to check availability for your plan and confirm the change before ordering.

Can I install Windows or my own system?

Linux and custom ISO installation are supported. Windows eligibility depends on the plan. Confirm licensing and the available installation options before ordering.

Is server administration included?

Administration is a separate paid service, listed at $50 per month for a VPS. Agree the required work and responsibilities with the team before adding it.

Do you offer a trial?

There is no trial period. If you are unsure which configuration to choose, contact us with your application requirements before ordering.

When will my server be activated?

Activation follows payment and the required account checks. You can follow the order in your client area. Contact support if provisioning has not completed.

What network speed does a VPS include?

Each VPS has a port speed of up to 1 Gbps with 100 Mbps guaranteed bandwidth, subject to the fair-use policy. The 1 Gbps port is not a dedicated connection for continuous use at its maximum speed.

Is VPS traffic unlimited?

Monthly data transfer is unmetered, with no fixed GB or TB quota. This describes the amount of data transferred, not unlimited connection speed. Continuous use at maximum speed is not permitted.

When can VPS speed be limited to 30 Mbps?

An automatic shaper limits the connection to 30 Mbps if continuous maximum load occurs or traffic affects other customers on the host. This restriction overrides the normal 100 Mbps guarantee while it applies. Contact support if your workload needs sustained high throughput.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Refund and cancellation conditions are set out in the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Contact support about your specific service before cancelling.
